Life at Coasterra is about to become even more enjoyable with the anticipated opening of The Watermark, the community’s newest gathering place, in mid-September 2026.

The Watermark will offer residents a welcoming place to relax, connect with neighbors, and enjoy the best of Florida living. This new neighborhood amenity will feature a resort-style pool, an inviting clubhouse, and a dedicated dog park.
Whether spending a sunny afternoon poolside, catching up with friends in the clubhouse, or letting your pup burn off some energy at the dog park, residents will find that The Watermark was designed to bring neighbors together in a beautiful, laid-back setting.

The opening of The Watermark will mark an exciting milestone for Coasterra as the community continues to grow into one of Palmetto’s premier destinations for new homes and an active, outdoor lifestyle. The Watermark is the first of two planned neighborhood pool amenities at Coasterra, with the second anticipated to open in the fourth quarter of 2028.

Looking ahead, residents can also anticipate the arrival of Club Coasterra, the community’s signature resort-style amenity, currently planned to open in 2028.
