Our resort-style amenities will include Club Coasterra, a spacious and grand amenity center that borders our 65-acre lake. You’ll be able to enjoy our resort pool, lakeside pavilion, a white sand beach, social hall, and serve up some competitive fun on our sport courts. And if you like to walk or bike, miles of wide pathways and jogging trails will be ready for your fresh-air fitness pursuits. There will also be smaller north- and south-side amenity centers with pools, a tot lot, a dog park, a 20-acre lake, and a 165-acre nature park with walking trails and smaller lakes.
